Cross Country Announces NLI Signing For 2010 Season
BROOKVILLE, N.Y. (Feb. 12, 2010)- C.W. Post Cross Country head coach
Rob Morris announced the signing of top prized recruit
Angelica Price Friday morning. Price, a senior at Berkley Prep in Tampa, Fla., made her commitment to C.W. Post Wednesday afternoon during a ceremony held for Berkley athletes headed to college on athletic scholarships.
Price, a five year varsity cross country and track and field runner, finished last season as the Buccaneers' number one runner in cross country. She finished second in the Class 2A-District squad meet and went on the lead her team to a spot in the state championships. She received all county honors following the end of the 2009 season and currently holds the school record in the 4x800 track and field event.
