Elaine Williams heads to the sidelines after an outstanding career at C.W. Post.  She finished her four-year career with the Pioneers in spring 2008, and compiled a resume that includes 130 goals, 44 assists, and 122 ground balls.  She was a member of the 2007 NCAA Division II National Championship team and was an All-America selection in 2006.

Williams concluded her career as the program’s co-leader in all-time games played at 71 . Williams will use her midfield expertise to help the Pioneers with their transition game.

As a Speech-Language Pathology major, she garnered success off the field as well. She was awarded the Spring 2008 East Coast Conference Scholar Athlete of the Year Award, earning a 3.604 GPA.
