Visiting Team Information

The LIU Post Sports Medicine staff would like to welcome you to our campus. All home events will provide the following services:
 
A certified athletic trainer will be present at all home events. The athletic training room will be available if needed for taping and treatments prior to your event. All teams will work out of the Field House Athletic Training Room (across from the equipment room). Water, cups, ice, ice bags and emergency equipment (splints, crutches, backboard, AED) will be provided on the sidelines. If there are other supplies you will need, please notify us prior to your arrival.
 
If your team is traveling without an athletic trainer please contact us in advance. If taping is needed and your team is without an athletic trainer, please provide a note or send an email prior to the team’s arrival, including a taping list so we can accommodate your team.

ATTENTION STUDENT-ATHLETES!

The Annual Online Health (Medical) Insurance Decision form is now open for all students.
 
Must be completed NO LATER THAN FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 27^th. 
Any student who does NOT WAIVE the University Health Insurance will AUTOMATICALLY be Enrolled into Health Insurance Policy.
Cost of University Health Insurance: $3,348.00
