Tara Plusch joins the C.W. Post swimming staff for her first season as assistant coach. Plusch was a four year swimmer at The College of New Jersey, serving as team captain during her senior year. She graduated from TCNJ in 2007, earning her B.S. in Exercise Science. She also served as the Graduate Assistant Swim Coach for her alma mater during the 2007-08 season. After completing her undergraduate degree, Plusch moved on to earn her M.A. in Exercise Physiology from Adelphi University in 2009. She also obtained her ACSM certification as a Health Fitness Specialist.
