Connor Hayes begins his first season with the Pioneers. He will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the team, including film editing and break-down, scouting reports, and assistance with recruiting.

A native of Montgomery, NJ, Hayes played four years at Montgomery High School where he was captain of the team that advanced to the Central - Group IV New Jersey State Sectional Quarterfinal. At the club level, Hayes played for Rob Napier of the SoneSoccer Academy of North Jersey.

A physical education major at C.W. Post, Hayes plans to pursue a career in teaching and coaching.
