A four-year standout between the pipes for the Pioneers, Dominique Mosca joins as an assistant coach with the LIU Post women's lacrosse team in 2014.

Mosca, a two-time East Coast Conference Goalkeeper of the Year selection, posted a 54-9 mark in 71 career appearances, along with an 8.26 goals-against average and a .508 save percentage. As a senior, she put together her finest effort, en route to the green and gold winning their second-consecutive NCAA Division II National Championship. A flawless 16-0 record and 6.53 GAA led to a nod as the IWLCA Division II Goalkeeper of the Year.

That same campaign, she was also named to the IWLCA All-America first-team, Synapse Sports All-America second-team, and the NCAA Division II National Championship All-Tournament Team.

In 2012, Mosca, in addition to helping the Pioneers capture their first national title since 2007, was selected to the USACollegeLacrosse.com All-America second-team. She sported a 17-3 record in the cage, and made a career-best 173 saves, which is the most for a single season in program history.

Mosca has established her place in LIU Post's record books as well. She is currently in the Top-10 all-time in save percentage and goals-against average, and ranks second for career wins and saves.

Mosca, who resides in Merrick, N.Y., is presently pursuing her bachelor's degree in Childhood Education from LIU Post.
