Anne Beglarian helped establish the women’s track and field program at C.W. Post, and was one of the top runners in the nation during her time in a Pioneers uniform.
After posting a seventh-place finish in the 1986 NCAA Division II Women’s Outdoor Track Championships in the 400-meter hurdles, she placed second in the NCAA Division II indoor 800-meter run in 1987.
In the Spring 1987 campaign, Beglarian placed fourth and eighth nationally in the outdoor 400-meter hurdles and 800-meter run, respectively.
She served as an assistant coach at C.W. Post from 1988-89, and earned a bachelor’s (1986 - magna cum laude) and master’s (1988 - M.B.A.) degree from the school.
Beglarian currently resides in LaCrescenta, Calif., with her husband Abo and their three children: Maggie (12), Emily (9) and Max (6).
