Men's Basketball Climbs To Sixth In This Week's NABC Poll

KANSAS CITY (Dec. 23, 2008) The C.W. Post men's basketball team climbed one spot to sixth in this week's National Association of Basketball Coaches poll.
 
Findlay (Ohio) (8-0) and South Carolina-Aiken (6-0), remained first and second for the third straight week, with Findlay receiving all eight first place votes, respectively.
 
The Pioneers (5-0, 3-0 ECC) defeated Holy Family University, 97-59, Monday evening and will host the C.W. Post Holiday Tournament beginning Dec. 29 against the College of Saint Rose at 5 p.m.
 
C.W. Post is the only Northeast team ranked in the poll. Northeast-10 members Saint Anselm College and Merrimack College each received votes.
