– Top-ranked C.W. Post scored 16 first half goals enroute to a 23-3 non-conference win over Franklin Pierce University Saturday afternoon at Sodexho Field.

The Pioneers improve to 13-0 overall on the season and will travel further north to face Saint Michael's College on Sunday at 12 p.m. Franklin Pierce slips to 2-11 overall this season.

Senior attacker Jenna Miller (Silver Spring, Md.), who is currently third in the nation with 46 assists, led the Pioneer opposition with three goals and five assists while junior attacker Jaclyn Napoli (West Islip, N.Y.) tallied four goals while junior attacker Katie Hogan (Farmingdale, N.Y.) added three. Napoli scored all her goals in the first half.

C.W. Post got off to a quick start, scoring seven goals in the first five minutes of action and continued scoring while outshooting the Ravens, 25-2, in the first half.

Freshman Lauren Stille represented the offense for Franklin Pierce, tallying three goals, including free position goal to start the second half. Stille's three goals made her the school's all-time leader in points with 67 on the season.

Senior goalkeeper Lauren Scipione (East Meadow, N.Y.) made four saves in goal in 45:52 minutes of action to improve her record to 13-0. Freshman Chaniece Franklyn made eight saves in goal for the Ravens.

C.W. Post completed the game outshooting the Ravens, 36-8, and held an 11-9 ground ball advantage.
