Hogan Selected As ECC Player Of The Week
CENTRAL ISLIP, N.Y. (Apr. 7, 2008) – Junior attacker
Katie Hogan (Farmingdale, N.Y.) was named this week's East Coast Conference women's lacrosse Player of the Week, the conference announced Monday afternoon.
Hogan accrued 12 points (8g, 4 a) in a 2-0 ECC week, going a perfect 8 for 8 in shots on goal attempts.
Defensively, Hogan picked up three ground balls and caused two turnovers while recording five draw controls.
The Pioneers (9-0, 3-0 ECC) will travel to play at Northeast-10 opponent Bentley College on Apr. 11 and will host St. Anselm on Apr. 13 at 12 p.m. on Hickox Field.
