Men's Basketball Releases 2009-10 Schedule

BROOKVILLE, N.Y. (Oct. 9, 2009) – C.W. Post head men's basketball coach Tim Cluess has released the 2009-10 schedule. 
The Pioneers, looking to defend last year's East Coast Conference regular season and championship title, along with the NCAA East Regional crown, will open with Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference member Millersville University on Nov. 21.
C.W. Post opens conference play early as they take on perennial ECC contender Bridgeport in the conference opener for both teams at Bridgeport on Dec. 2.
 The Pioneers highlight their non-conference schedule with two tournaments, including the highly-regarded High Desert Classic is Las Vegas, Nevada, where they will play Northwest Missouri State on Dec. 18, and the fourth-ranked University of Central Missouri, an Elite Eight participant along with the Pioneers last season, on Dec. 19. 
C.W. Post will host a holiday tournament for the third straight year, playing NE-10 opponent St. Rose on Dec. 28, followed by NAIA schools Daemen College (Dec. 30) and Evangel (Jan. 2).
