Pete Budkevics Named To ABCA All-East Region Second Team
BROOKVILLE, N.Y. (May 22, 2009) - Junior pitcher Pete Budkevics (Deer Park, N.Y.) garnered a spot on the ABCA All-East Region Second Team, it was announced Tuesday.
Budkevics led the Pioneers with a 1.70 ERA and was third in the ECC in the same category. Opponenets batted just .196 against him and he was ranked second in the ECC in innings pitched as well as leading the conference in strikeouts.
