No. 23 Swimming Completes Day 3 At NCAA Championships
CANTON, Ohio (March 12, 2010) – The C.W. Post swimming team finished its third day of competition at the NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships hosted by Lock Haven University at the C.T. Branin Natatorium.
Senior Brittany Roman-Green (Woodstock, N.Y.) swam in the 100-yard backstroke and clocked in 25th overall at 58.40 seconds.
Senior Josephine Tjernstrom (Bromma, Sweden) finished the 100 breast 32nd overall with a final time of 1:06.82.
Junior Riley Cassidy (Cambridge, Ontario) was 23rd in the 200 fly, finishing at 2:08.31.
The Pioneers will close out the championships Saturday and are scheduled to appear in the 100 free, 200 back, 200 breast and 400 free relay meets.
