Budkevics osted a 1-0 record on the week and and threw 8.0 innings in a win over Bloomfield and recording nine strikeouts in the 10-2 victory. He had a perfect game through the sixth inning before finally giving up a hit. Budkevics scattered six hits and two runs and did not issue a walk as batters managed just a .200 average off the righty.
