BROOKVILLE, N.Y. (March 21, 2011)- The Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) released its weekly poll, as the C.W. Post Pioneers moved into fourth place following a loss to the second-ranked Lock Haven Eagles.
The Pioneers currently hold an overall record of 2-1 overall.

The PSAC continues to lead all conferences with four schools, as Lock Haven rises to No. 2 and Mercyhurst (No. 7), West Chester (No. 8), and Gannon (No. 9) form a block in the second half of the poll. The Northeast-10's three schools are led by top-ranked Adelphi; Le Moyne moves up to No. 4 and Stonehill rises to No. 6.

Three conferences each claim one school. Limestone (No. 3) represents the Conference Carolinas, while C. W. Post hails from the ECC. Rollins, the new member of the poll, competes as an independent.

Top-ranked Adelphi travels to No. 4 LeMoyne on Wednesday. The No. 8 Golden Rams host two ranked teams this week, as No. 9 Gannon travels to WCU on Friday before No. 7 Mercyhurst comes to town on Saturday.

C.W. Post returns to action on March 30 when it hosts its first-ever meeting with the University of Bridgeport at 4 p.m.
