Mosca Named ECAC Defensive Player Of The Week
CAPE COD, Mass. (April 7, 2010) – Freshman goalkeeper Dominique Mosca (Merrick, N.Y.) of the C.W. Post women's lacrosse team was cited as this week's ECAC Defensive Player of the Week.
Mosca ensured a 19-7 victory for C.W. Post between the pipes against New Haven on Wednesday afternoon. Mosca played just over 34 minutes in net, making eight saves and allowing just two goals. She currently holds a .588 save percentage while averaging a mere 4.69 goals against.
C.W. Post (8-0, 1-0 ECC) hosts East Coast Conference opponent Seton Hill on Saturday at 3:30 p.m. on Hickox Field.
