Cross Country Inks Two More For 2010 Season
BROOKVILLE, N.Y. (June 9, 2010) – C.W. Post head cross country coach Rob Morris announced the signings of twin sisters Jennifer and Sara McLaughlin from McArthur High School (Levittown, N.Y.) to compete on the upcoming 2010 squad.
Jennifer qualifed for the New York State Cross Country meet in both the 2008 and 2009 seasons and was the Nassau County Steeple Chase Champion in 2009. Sara has been a competitive member of the five-time All Conference Levittown track team.
Says Morris, “I am looking for both of them to help our young women's program claim the ECC Cross Country Championship title and move the team into the top 10 of the region. Their strong work ethic and positive attiutdes make them a perfect fit for our program.”
