Cross Country Adds Michael Scott to Next Season's Team
BROOKVILLE, N.Y. (April 19, 2012) – Coach
Rob Morris and the C.W. Post men's cross country team announced another signing for the upcoming 2012 fall season, as Michael Scott will be joining the squad.
Scott comes from Fonda, N.Y., located upstate in Montgomery Country. A proven cross country and track runner during his high school career, Scott comes to the Pioneers with a strong foundation of success after his standout career. While in high school, Scott and his team qualified and competed in the New York State Cross Country Meet.
“Michael is expected to make an instant impact in conference and regional competitions,” said Coach Morris. Scott will also look to play a big a role for the Pioneers as the team looks to capture is fourth consecutive ECC Championship next fall.
