Field Hockey Stands Pat at No. 6 in Latest NFHCA Poll
CHANDLER, Ariz. (Oct. 14, 2014) - On Tuesday, the LIU Post field hockey team remained in the No. 6 slot in the Penn Monto/NFHCA Division II Top-10 Poll for the third-consecutive week.
The standstill for the Pioneers (6-1, 2-0 NE-10) comes after a 4-2 win at Merrimack on Saturday. The green and gold's offensive strike yielded 18 total shots with four goals off three assists.
So far this season, LIU Post has notched 33 goals off 23 assists, which is good for the top scoring average and scoring margin in the country.

Raenee Savin and the Pioneers are back in action on Tuesday (Oct. 14), when they host Northeast-10 Conference opponent Southern Connecticut State at Bethpage Federal Credit Union Stadium at 4 p.m.
