COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (Dec. 17, 2015) - The College Swimming Coaches Association of America put out its newest Top-25 poll for Division II on Wednesday, and the LIU Post women's swimming team was slotted 21st in the tally.
Over the past month, the Pioneers have swum to a third-place finish at the ECAC Winter Championships (Dec. 4-6) and an eighth-place showing at the Frank Elm Invitational (Nov. 20-22). Five individual swimmers and nine relay squads posted NCAA "B" cuts at the two meets.
Senior
Joyce Kwok (Middle Village, N.Y.) clocked an NCAA automatic qualifying time for the green and gold, after touching the pad at 53.62 in the 100-yard butterfly at the Frank Elm Invite on Nov. 21.
Queens University of Charlotte remained the consensus No. 1 pick with 175 points. University of California-San Diego (163 points) moved up one spot to second. Drury University amd Grand Valley State University tied for the No. 3 slot, earning 158 points apiece.

Michael Travers and the Pioneers are back in action on Saturday, Jan. 16, when they host Siena College at the Pratt Natatorium at 1 p.m.
