LIU Post Places 64 Names on NE-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll

MANSFIELD, Mass. (Jan. 22, 2016) - The Northeast-10 Conference released its Fall 2015 Commissioner's Honor Roll Thursday, and a combined total of 64 LIU Post football and field hockey student-athletes were represented on the ledger.

In order to be eligible for selection, a student-athlete must have met or exceeded a minimum 3.0 grade-point average on a 4.0 scale during the specified semester.

Three of the honorees for the Pioneers posted a 4.0 GPA. They were field hockey's Melissa Quintanilla (Rome, N.Y.) and football's Sean Binckes (Brooklyn, N.Y.) and Mike Williams (Westbury, N.Y.).

27 other student-athletes had a grade-point average in the 3.5-3.99 range, whereas 33 Pioneers boasted a GPA between a 3.0 and 3.49.
