KANSAS CITY, Mo. (Dec. 9, 2016) - On Friday, LIU Post men's soccer junior midfielder Harry Pearse (London, England) was named to the 2016 National Soccer Coaches Association of America Division II Scholar All-America Team.

Pearse, who boasts a 3.43 cumulative grade-point average in Psychology, was named to the NSCAA All-East Region Second Team this season, after collecting nine goals and a league-leading 14 assists for 32 points.

Pearse adds to his long list of honors in 2016, as he has been selected to the All-East Coast Conference, ECAC All-Star and D2CCA All-East Region and All-America First Team. He has garnered CoSIDA Academic All-District and All-America recognition, as well.

Pearse and the Pioneers concluded the year at 18-1-1 overall and 8-0-1 in ECC play. The green and gold also completed their first unbeaten regular season in program history and won their fourth ECC title in the last five seasons.
