GARDEN CITY, N.Y. – It was a historic evening for the No. 9 LIU Post field hockey team as senior

Miller, who has now scored 83 goals in her career, surpassed Carlee Dragon for the career record in goals scored. The record had stood since 2013.
"Today's win was awesome," said head coach
Raenee Savin. "We played with so much heart and passion. The connection between everyone on the field was spot on. I couldn't be more proud of Emily for breaking the school's career scoring record. She has worked so hard for this and has been a huge part of our success for the past four years. She's not done yet!"
The win moved the Pioneers to 9-4 overall and 7-3 in the Northeast-10. LIU Post's all-time record against Adelphi now stands at 12-3.
