NIKE/U.S. LACROSSE POLL

BROOKVILLE, N.Y. – After posting a 2-0 record last week, the LIU Post women's lacrosse team was tabbed at No. 9/13 in the weekly national rankings.

The Pioneers garnered 400 points in the International Women's Lacrosse Association (IWLCA) poll to stay at No. 9 and moved up to No. 13 in the Nike/U.S. Lacrosse Magazine poll.
 
Last week, the Pioneers remained perfect in East Coast Conference (ECC) play after overcoming Molloy College 20-11 on Wednesday, March 20 at Darcy Field then Saint Thomas Aquinas College 29-6 at Bethpage Federal Credit Union Stadium on Saturday, March 20.
 
Junior Brianna Feldman led the Pioneers with 11 goals while junior Alyssa Mallery finished with 10 goals, 11 draw controls, four ground balls and three caused turnovers. Junior Angela Deren led LIU Post in assists with eight and freshman goalkeeper Hailey Duchnowski tallied ten saves on the week.
