INDIANAPOLIS – The NCAA announced its second round of women's lacrosse regional rankings Wednesday afternoon and the LIU Post women's lacrosse team maintained its No. 3 ranking.
 
The Pioneers are also featured in the national polls, checking in No. 8 in the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Assciation (IWLCA) poll and No. 12 in the Nike/U.S. Lacrosse poll.
 
Most recently, third-seeded LIU Post defeated the sixth-seeded University of Bridgeport 19-12 in an East Coast Conference (ECC) quarterfinal at Bethpage Federal Credit Union Stadium on Tuesday, April 30.
