BROOKVILLE, N.Y. – The Long Island University baseball program will be holding a prospect camp on Sunday, September 8 at the LIU Baseball Stadium.
 
The camp is open to any and all enrolled high school students and junior college student-athletes. The camp will include individual instruction on pitching, hitting, base running, throwing, and specific position play. Coaches will teach techniques and as well as drills. The camp staff will put participants through a pro-style workout and help refine fundamentals.  You will have the opportunity to show off your skills in all facets of the game including a pro-style workout and gameplay.
 
It will run from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. with check in at 9:30 a.m. behind the first base dugout. It costs $150 and $170 for two-way players, $125 for teammates up to five and $100 for six or more teammates. Contact head coach Dan Pirillo for a discount code at daniel.pirillo@liu.edu.
 
Parking is available in the Pratt Center lot and attendees should bring baseball equipment including turfs, cleats, a baseball glove and bat. Lunch will not be provided so please bring your own.
