Post: Played for seasons at the varsity level at Long Island City High School, where he compiled a 35-8-4 record during that span…was named the team’s Most Valuable Player in 2005 and 2006…received the Sportsmanship Award in each of his four seasons (2003-2006)…was also awarded the Leadership Award in his final three years (2004-2006)…garnered Rookie of the Year honors in 2003.
Personal: Is the oldest of three children of Andreas and Joanne Touros…comes from athletic background…father Andreas played collegiate soccer for LIU-Brooklyn and coached at NYIT…his uncles George and Neophytos Touros also played at LIU-Brooklyn, at the professional level, and played for the Cyprus national team.
