2008: Garnered IWLCA First Team All-America and Inside Lacrosse All-America First Team honors … was named to the IWLCA 2008 Div. II All-North Region First Team … tabbed as ECAC All-Star First Team and ECC All-Conference First Team pick … led the Pioneers with 58 goals for the season, including a career-high six goals against Philadelphia (May 4) … averaged 5.53 shots and 3.05 goals per game … went 4-9 with free position shots … grabbed 24 gound balls, 19 draw controls, and caused 23 turnovers.
 
2007: Played in all 17 games, making 16 starts tied for the team lead with 44 goals scored … was second on the team with 60 points … on three occasions she scored five goals against Gannon (Apr. 4), Merrimack (Apr. 22) and Philadelphia (May 1) … scored three goals in the championship game against West Chester (May 13) … was second in assists with 16 … led the team with four game-winning goals … picked up 21 ground balls and caused 20 turnovers … was credited with nine draw controls … was named National Player of the Week by Inside Lacrosse magazine (Apr. 30) … named Second Team All-American by womenslacrosse.com.
 
2006: Played in all 18 games off the bench as a rookie... tied for seventh on the team with 23 goals, and ranked seventh on the team with 34 points... led all freshman with 17 draw controls... scored career-high four goals on as many shots at Franklin Pierce (April 21)... picked up two-goal, two-assist performances against St. Michael’s (Mar. 12) and at St. Thomas Aquinas (Apr. 13)... controlled three draws apiece against Mercyhurst (Mar. 26) and at Regis (April 9)… scored two goals and racked up as many draw controls in NCAA semifinal against Adelphi (May 13).
 
Personal: Oldest of James and Kathy Napoli’s three children… has two younger brothers…majoring in criminal justice.
