2008: All-East Coast Conference Third Team…started all 56 games for the Pioneers, batting .305 with a team-leading 15 doubles…also had two triples and tied for the team lead with three home runs…led the team with 42 RBI…was solid at second base, making only seven errors all season for a .972 fielding percentage…went 8-for-11 with eight RBI and six runs scored in a doubleheader vs. UMass-Lowell (Mar. 9)…went 3-for-5 with two RBI in the NCAA Northeast Regional game vs. Franklin Pierce (May 15).
2007: Started 47 games for the Pioneers….ranked third on the team with .340 batting average…tied of second on the team with 12 doubles…notched 40 RBI, a .469 slugging percentage, and went 3-4 in stolen base attempts…committed just three errors in the field for a .987 fielding percentage
2006: Started 43 games … was third on the team in hits with 49 … led the team in runs batted in with 48 … was 9-9 in stolen bases … drove in a season-high four runs against Concordia (3/29) and Adelphi (4/2).
Before C.W. Post: Played four years at Wantagh High in Wantagh, N.Y., where he was named the league MVP both his junior and senior year … also played for the Long Island Stars.
Personal: Son of Camille and David Walker … has two brothers, Ryan and Christopher … majoring in physical education.
