2010: Played in all 16 games and made 14 starts … caused six turnovers and picked up 15 ground balls … played a large defensive role in the playoff games against Dowling (May 22) and LeMoyne (May 30) and recorded a caused turnover against the Dolphins.
2009: Saw action in three games … caused one turnover and grabbed one ground ball.
2008: Played in three games and recorded one ground ball against Briarcliffe (March 7).
Prior to C.W. Post: Played three years of varsity lacrosse and football at Middle Country...named a National Football Foundation Scholar Athlete as well as Second Team All-Division Football.
Personal: Is the youngest of Bob and Elise Boyd’s four children…his brother, Dan, played football and lacrosse for the U.S. Air Force Academy where he was also an assistant coach for two years…his sister, Kaitlin, played field hockey at Western New England College…his brother, Bobby, played lacrosse for the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy…majoring in business.
