2010: Played in all 17 games and made 13 starts … was third in caused turnovers with 23 and picked up 22 ground ball … caused five turnovers at Southern New Hampshire (March 28).
2009: Started all 16 games … tallied an assist in the 13-7 win at Adelphi (April 11) … caused 12 turnovers and picked up 17 ground balls.
2008: Played in 13 games, making 12 starts … was second in caused turnovers (17) … picked up 25 ground balls.
Prior to C.W. Post: Was a four-year varsity lacrosse player at Lakeland High … led the Rebels to an outstanding 19-2 record his senior season and finished his career with a 54-25 record … named all-section … a member of the Hudson Valley Empire Team.
Personal: Younger of Horacio and Lucy DaCosta’s two children … hobbies include martial arts, where he has a black belt … favorite athlete is Michael Jordan … majoring in health and physical education.
