2009: Appeared in all 19 games making seven starts … scored her first collegiate goal against St. Michael’s (Apr. 17) and added one assist … was fourth on the team with 22 draw controls … picked up 23 ground balls and caused nine turnovers.

Prior to C.W. Post: A four year member of the girls lacrosse varsity squad at Shoreham-Wading River ... helped her team to a State Championship in 2007 as well as three county championships and two Long Island Championships ... was named the unsung hero as well as garnering all-league and all-county recognition.

Personal: One of four children for Robert and Denise Drost ... father played men’s lacrosse, mother played volleyball at the collegiate level and brother currently plays lacrosse at Stony Brook University... majoring in physical education with a minor in nutrition ... also a member of the C.W. Post field hockey team.
