2011: USILA Second Team All-America … USILA Scholar All-America … started all 18 games … caused 10 turnovers and picked up 28 ground balls. 
  
2010: Played in all 16 games and made 14 starts … caused six turnovers and picked up 15 ground balls … played a large defensive role in the playoff games against Dowling (May 22) and LeMoyne (May 30) and recorded a caused turnover against the Dolphins. 
  
2009: Saw action in three games … caused one turnover and grabbed one ground ball. 
  
2008: Played in three games and recorded one ground ball against Briarcliffe (March 7). 
  
Prior to C.W. Post: Played three years of varsity lacrosse and football at Middle Country ... named a National Football Foundation Scholar Athlete as well as second team all-division in football.  
  
Personal: Youngest of Bob and Elise Boyd’s four children … his brother, Dan, played football and lacrosse for the U.S. Air Force Academy, where he was also an assistant coach for two years … his sister, Kaitlin, played field hockey at Western New England College … his brother, Bobby, played lacrosse for the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy … majoring in business.
