2011:  USACollegeLacrosse.com All-America Second Team … IWLCA All-North Region Second Team … ECC Second Team … played in all 17 games with 16 starts … scored 16 goals and added five assists … was 4-for-8 in free position attempts … picked up 31 ground balls, won 23 draw controls and caused 20 turnovers … scored two goals and added three assists against Bridgeport (March 30) … scored two goals apiece against Seton Hill (April 9) and St. Thomas Aquinas (May 4) … had a goal and an assist against Georgian Court (March 9) and Mercy (April 26).
 
2010: ECC Second Team … started in all 18 games as part of the Pioneer defense … totaled 20 ground balls and 11 caused turnovers while winning 22 draw controls … scored two goal, both coming in a 22-1 victory over Lake Erie College (Apr. 18). 

2009: Appeared in all 19 games making seven starts … scored her first collegiate goal against St. Michael’s (Apr. 17) and added one assist … was fourth on the team with 22 draw controls … picked up 23 ground balls and caused nine turnovers.

Prior to C.W. Post: A four year member of the girls lacrosse varsity squad at Shoreham-Wading River ... helped her team to a State Championship in 2007 and 08 as well as three county championships and two Long Island Championships ... was named the unsung hero as well as garnering all-league and all-county recognition.

Personal: One of four children for Robert and Denise Drost ... father played men’s lacrosse and mother played volleyball at the collegiate level ... majoring in physical education with a minor in nutrition ... also a member of the C.W. Post field hockey team.
