					2016: All-ECC Second Team in 4 x 800-meter relay ... won the 5,000-meter run in 18:24.85 at the Roadrunner Invitational (Apr. 2) ... finished 14th (4:58.53) in the 1,500-meter run at the Metropolitan Championships (Apr. 9) ... posted a winning time of 4:56.23 in the 1,500-meter run at the Omeltchenko Invitational (Apr. 17) ... ran sixth (4:54.05) in the 1,500-meter run and helped the Pioneers' 4 x 800-meter relay to a second-place showing (10:07.50) at the ECC Championships (Apr. 23) ... came in sixth (4:50.67) in the 1,500-meter run at the Tom Farrell Classic (May 7). 
 
2015: Collected two Top-5 and four Top-10 finishes in the 1,500-meter discipline ... opened the season with a 10th-place effort (5:04.48) at the Ramapo Roadrunner Invitational (Apr. 3-4) ... notched a second-place finish (4:59.51) at the USMMA Eight-Way Meet on Apr. 12 ... finished sixth (5:07.68) at the ECC Championships on Apr. 18 ... ran second and posted a season-best time of 4:56.82 at the Tom Farrell Classic (May 1-2). 
 
Prior to LIU Post: Ran cross country and track and field at Notre Dame-Bishop Gibbons High School ... helped the Golden Knights to four Big 10 Conference titles ... recipient of the Scholar-Athlete Award.
