2016-17: Tossed a 8.30 weighted throw and a 7.88 shot put at the Metro Season Opener (Dec. 2) ... heaved a 8.49 meter shot put and a 9.13 meter weighted throw at the Seahawk Shootout (Dec. 9) ... threw a 7.58 meter shot put showing at the Yale Invitational (Jan. 14) ... heaved a 9.10 meter shot put at the Collegeville Classic  (Jan. 21) ... at the Metropolitan Championships (Feb. 3) she threw a 8.40 meter shot put and a 7.67 weighted throw ... achieved a 7.72 meter and a 8.67 meter shot put and weighted throw, respectively, at the ECC Championships (Feb. 24).  

Prior to LIU Post: Two-year competitor for the varsity track and field team at Uniondale High School ... recipient of the Spirit Award.
