2018:
- A second team All-NE10 honorary
- Ranked second on the team with 64 tackles and three interceptions
- Made his season debut with three tacklesand one interception against American International
- Recorded eight takedowns at Stonehill
- Recorded his first double-digit tackle total of the season with 11 stops against Bentley
- Intercepted a pass and netted a seven-yard return against Merrimack
- Picked off a pass and recorded an 18-yard return against Pace
- Made an LIU Post-best 15 stops at Southern Connecticut State
- Posted five tackles and one quarterback hurry during the NE10 championship game against New Haven
- Recorded four tackles and 0.5 tackle for loss against Slippery Rock during the NCAA first round matchup.
2017:
- Played in all 10 games this season for the Pioneers
- Finished third on the team in tackles with 45 including 18 solo and 27 assisted
- Added 2.5 tackles for loss
- Had a season-high four tackles against Saint Anselm (Nov. 11)
- Recorded two solo tackles and six assisted tackles in the season-opener against Virginia Union (Sept. 2).
2016:
- NE-10 All-Championship Team
- Started in 12 of 13 contests
- Ranked third on the team in tackles (71)
- Fourth in tackles for loss (7.5)
- Registered eight tackles (six solo, two assist) in a 14-12 win at Virginia Union (Sept. 3)
- Made six tackles (three solo, three assist) in a 43-20 victory over New Haven (Sept. 10)
- Added another six-tackle performance (two solo, four assist) in a 27-24 win versus Bentley (Sept. 24)
- Recorded five tackles (four solo, one assist) in a 63-20 rout of Saint Anselm (Oct. 8)
- Had eight tackles (three solo, five assist) in a 30-23 victory at Southern Connecticut (Oct. 15)
- Racked up seven tackles (four solo, three assist) and a fumble recovery in a 22-7 win over American International (Oct. 22)
- Added five tackles (one solo, four assist) in a 35-17 drubbing of Pace (Oct. 29)
- Amassed a season-high nine tackles (four solo, five assist) in a 43-23 victory against Assumption in the NE-10 Championship (Nov. 12).
2015:
- Played in five games
- Amassed 32 tackles (10 solo, 22 assist) on the year
- Had three tackle assists in his Pioneer debut in a 30-7 win at Pace (Oct. 17)
- Made 10 tackles (one solo, nine assist) at New Haven (Oct. 24)
- Recorded six tackles (two solo, four assist) in a 49-46 victory over Southern Connecticut State (Oct. 31)
- Tallied nine tackles (five solo, four assist) at Bentley (Nov. 7)
- Collected four tackles (two solo, two assist) in a 34-20 triumph at Bentley (Nov. 14).
Prior to LIU Post:
- Played varsity football at Sachem East High School
- Earned All-Division, All-County, All-Long Island and All-State recognition in his senior year
- Recorded 311 career tackles, six forced fumbles, five interceptions and four fumble recoveries
- Amassed 133 tackles, two interceptions, two forced fumbles and one fumble recovery in 2014
- Holds the career records at Sachem East for most tackles and interceptions
- Also owns the single-season record for most tackles
- Helped the Flaming Arrows to a postseason appearance in each of his four seasons on the team.
Personal:
- Has one older sister, Maegan, and one younger brother, Kyle
- Son of John and Kathleen Farrell
- Enjoys golf, lacrosse, hockey, wrestling and baseball
- His favorite athlete is Mark Herzlich
- The people he admires most are his parents
- Also plays for the LIU Post men's lacrosse team
- Majoring in business with a minor in marketing.
