Prior to C.W. Post: Transfer from Reedley College… Played three years of varsity basketball at Freeport High School under head coach Bob Debonis, where the Red Devils won 62 games and were County Class A runner-up in 2002, 2003 and 2004… Received All-County, All-Conference and All-Tournament awards.
Personal: High school teammate Brandon Freeman plays basketball at St. Joseph’s College (Patchogue)… Played in the AAU Basketball summer league…  A member of the National Honor Society… Has two brothers, Jouanni Moreno and Armani Cruz… majoring in criminal justice.
