9-1-1 Veterans

BROOKVILLE, N.Y. (Feb. 10, 2015) - In conjunction with its Senior Night festivities, the LIU Post wrestling team has partnered up with 9-1-1 Veterans to raise funds for our nation's military personnel on Thursday.

The price of admission for the Pioneers' 7 p.m. dual versus East Stroudsburg is $5. Tee-shirts will also be sold at the entrance of the Pratt Recreation Center. All proceeds will benefit 9-1-1 Veterans, an organization that "provides emergency financial assistance to those who have served - or are still serving in - the finest military in the world."

Prior to the start of the match, LIU Post will recognize its three departing wrestlers in a "Senior Night" ceremony. They are Francisco Viera-Pereira (Huntington Station, N.Y.), Johnny Brush (Oyster Bay, N.Y.) and Chris DiIorio (Holtsville, N.Y.).
