BOSTON, Mass. (Mar. 5, 2017) - On Saturday, the LIU Post men's and women's indoor track and field teams wrapped up the 2016-17 season at the ECAC/IC4A Championships, hosted by Boston University at the BU Track and Tennis Center.

For the men, senior Stefan Adams (Jamaica, N.Y.) had a solid effort in the 500-meter dash, posting a time of 1:04.34.

In the 1,000-meter run, freshman Jeffrey Reyes (Bay Shore, N.Y.) finished at a personal-best 2:31.20. He ran a full two seconds faster than his winning time at the ECC Championships.

Meanwhile, junior Talya Williams (Schenectady, N.Y.) recorded a 4:59.47 clocking in the mile. She narrowly missed breaking an 18-year-old school record by two-hundredths of a second.
