2016-17: Earned All-ECC first-team honors for the mile run, as well as second-team recognition for the 3,000-meter run ... won the 3,000-meter (10:02.45) at the Yale Invitational (Jan. 14) ... placed third in the 800-meter run at 2:23.91 and crossed the finish line first in the mile run (5:09.29) in the Collegeville Classic (Jan. 21) ... broke her own school record with a 9:57.85, second-place 3,000-meter effort at the Metropolitan Championships (Feb. 3) ... clocked a 5:02.65 mile, good for second-place, at the Artie O'Connor Meet (Feb. 17) ... won the league title in the mile run at 5:02.81 and placed third in the 3,000-meter run (10:25.90) at the ECC Championships (Feb. 24) ... clocked an impressive 4:59.47 mile time at the ECAC/IC4A Championships (Mar. 4).  

2015-16: All-ECC Second Team in mile run ... clocked an eighth-place time of 2:26.93 in the 800-meter run at the Spartan Invitational (Jan. 15) ... won the mile in 5:20.40 and helped the Pioneers' 4 x 400-meter relay to a fourth-place finish (4:32.33) at the Molloy Invitational (Feb. 12) ... recorded a fourth-place showing (5:19.10) in the mile at the ECC Championships (Feb. 26) ... ran 26th (5:17.10) in the mile at the ECAC Championships (Mar. 4-6).

2014-15: All-ECC First Team in distance medley relay ... All-ECC Second Team in mile run ... recorded ten Top-10 finishes, including six Top-5 placements and two victories as part of the distance medley relay squad ... opened her season with a second-place finish in the 800-meter run (2:20.83) at the Bill Ward Invitational on Dec. 8 ... raced to a ninth-place time of 2:22.29 in the 800-meter race at the Yale Invitational (Jan. 10) ... collected a third-place finish in the 3,000-meter run (10:48.67) and a second-place tally in the 1,000-meter race (3:13.19) at the St. Joseph's Invitational on Jan. 17 ... was tenth in the mile (5:11.84) at the Metro Team Challenge on Jan. 23 ... ran the third leg of the distance medley relay champions at both the Ramapo Indoor Select (12:27.47, Feb. 7) and the ECC Championships (12:40.10, Feb. 21) ... crossed the line second in the mile with a time of 5:17.78 at the Molloy Invitational (Feb. 13) ... took home a third-place finish at the conference championships in the mile run (5:22.21) ... was part of the 22nd-place finishers in the distance medley relay (12:30.83) at the ECAC/IC4A Championships (Mar. 6-8).

Prior to LIU Post: Ran cross country and track and field at Notre Dame-Bishop Gibbons High School ... helped the Golden Knights to four Big 10 Conference titles ... recipient of the Scholar-Athlete Award.

Personal: Has two brothers, Trey and Torey ... daughter of Todd and Kim Williams ... her father, Todd, coached collegiate football at Hobart and William Smith Colleges (1988-91), Lafayette College (1991-93) and Colgate University (1993-2000) ... majoring in criminal justice with a minor in spanish.
