2016-17: Earned an All-ECC First Team nod for the 1000-meter run ... ran to a fifth place showing in both the 800-meter (2:01.53) and mile (4:24.76) at the Metro Season Opener (Dec. 2) ... placed third in the 1,000-meter run with a time of 2:33.20 at the Seahawk Shootout (Dec. 9) ... earned a fourth-place finish in the 400-meter dash and the 1,000-meter run (53.07 and 2:33.13, respectively) at the Yale Invitational (Jan 14) ... crossed the finish line tenth with a 2:35.25 1,000-meter run at the Metropolitan Championships (Feb 3) ... won the 1,000-meter run in 2:32.59 at the ECC Championships (Feb. 24)... clocked a personal-best 2:32.20 in the 1,000-meter run at the ECAC/IC4A Championships (Mar 4). 

Prior to LIU Post: Ran cross country and track and field at Bay Shore High School ... named All-State, All-County and All-League ... two-time Most Valuable Runner selection ... set school records for the two-mile run and 800-meter leg of the sprint medley relay ... helped the Marauders to three league titles in track and field.
