2016-17: Leapt to a personal-best 12.25 meters in the triple jump at the Metropolitan Championships (Feb. 3) ... earned a fifth-place showing with a 9.06 in the 60-meter hurdles at the Artie O'Connor Meet (Feb. 17) ... clocked a 9.19 in the 60-meter hurdles, good for fifth place, at the ECC Championships (Feb. 24). 

Prior to LIU Post: Competed for the varsity track and field team at Bay Shore High School ... helped the Marauders to three league titles.
